The KIA Autosport FIFA World Cup Ticket Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by KIA Autosport in partnership with WXTX FOX54 and Feeding the Valley.
By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the states of Georgia and Alabama who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of KIA Autosport, WXTX FOX54, Feeding the Valley, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on May 27, 2026, and ends on June 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM Eastern Time ("Giveaway Period").
Entries submitted outside of the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, eligible participants must visit KIA Autosport during the Giveaway Period and complete an official registration slip.
Limit one (1) entry per person per visit.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Participants are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items to support Feeding the Valley; however, food donations will NOT increase the odds of winning and will not provide additional entries into the Giveaway.
Incomplete, illegible, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
4. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:
Two (2) tickets to the FIFA World Cup match featuring Spain national football team vs. Cabo Verde national football team
Match Date: June 15, 2026
Match Time: 12:00 PM ET
Venue: Mercedes-Benz Stadium
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of prize: $499.00.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted except at Sponsor's discretion.
Transportation, parking, lodging, meals, and any other expenses not specifically stated herein are solely the responsibility of the winner.
Tickets are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies established by the event organizer and venue.
5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The winner will be announced on June 12, 2026, between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM Eastern Time.
The winner does not need to be present to win.
The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided on the registration form. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is deemed ineligible, or fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe determined by Sponsor, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and hometown for promotional and advertising purposes related to this Giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless KIA Autosport, WXTX FOX54, Feeding the Valley, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and each of their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.
